This show is held over three days at Beale Park (home of Mid Thames model boat club) which is located at Lower Basildon, six miles from Reading on the A329 between Pangbourne and Streatly. The Park is set in wonderful surroundings next to the Thames with gardens,wildlife and attractions for children so the day can be enjoyed by all family members even if the are not that interested in model boats.
A number of CMBC members have put on a display of their models at this show in May 2008.
As well as a static display it is possible to sail on the lake by booking a time slot on the day.
The club has to supply it's own gazebo and tables, so arrangements to transport these items have to be made.
